1. Physical Gaming Products and Toys
We have a 7-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with tags intact and original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

A digital product, game code, or in-game item is invalid, does not work, or is different from what you purchased.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include replacement, troubleshooting support, or a refund (for physical products) or replacement/credit (for digital products).
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items include:

Digital products that have been successfully redeemed or activated

Customized or personalized gaming merchandise
- Items damaged due to user mishandling or unauthorized modification
Exchanges:

To exchange an item, return your original product for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds:
