Refund policy

1. Physical Gaming Products and Toys

We have a 7-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with tags intact and original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at support@worldgamingdeals.com to request a return.
  • Returns must be sent to the following address: Address
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@worldgamingdeals.com if:

  • Your physical gaming product or toy is defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was delivered.
  • A digital product, game code, or in-game item is invalid, does not work, or is different from what you purchased.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include replacement, troubleshooting support, or a refund (for physical products) or replacement/credit (for digital products).

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items include:

  • Digital products that have been successfully redeemed or activated
  • Customized or personalized gaming merchandise
  • Items damaged due to user mishandling or unauthorized modification

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, return your original product for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at support@worldgamingdeals.com.

 

2. Digital Gaming Products (Game Codes, In-Game Items, Digital Downloads)

Refund Eligibility:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product/code is delivered or activated.
  • Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
  • Technical issues that prevent activation or use of the product
  • Incorrect product/code delivered

How to Request a Digital Refund:

  • Contact us at support@worldgamingdeals.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will verify the problem and provide a solution, which may include:
    • Replacement code/product
    • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Limitations:

Refunds will not be provided for:

    • User error, including incorrect game platform selection
    • Change of mind after code/product delivery
    • Expired or already redeemed digital codes
